I know this is off the "train" subject, but my wife and I have come to the conclusion that at some point, we will be putting our house up for sale (officially by a realitor) because we are out-growing it. (When we bought it we did not know we were having twins).
The house is a 3 bedroom ranch with a finished basement on the CN Mt. Clemens Sub in Macomb Township. As much as I would like to stay and have trains in my backyard, this is a reality for us in the future. If you, or anyone you know may be interested now, or in the near future, keep me in mind.
