Cutoff wall between the engine house and plaster Creek. Many test wells in that area show a continued migration of fuel from the site to the north and east. When the city of Grand Rapids started on their sewage plant expansion they kept running into diesel fuel in the ground. Hummm, where could that be coming from? Now they have the money to stop it with the wall....all in all its just another brick in the wall...
