I haven't heard of any expansions going on up here in the thumb. People are busy complaining about the noise they make. I have been on a tour of the untis between Pigeon and Elkton. Not much noise from them. I have been told that the facility in Ubly uses air drawn through the towers to cool the generators and they make more noise, but I do not know.
