The TLAX cars haul construction debris from New York/New Jersey, not Canadian / Canadien trash.
CN train Q145 is a roadrailer affair and as such, the location of the air couplings between trailers is not compatable with standard freight cars - so no trash cars tucked in that train. 145 is a Norfolk Southern haulage train, and they would not be too excited about moving CN trash business moving on an exclusive hot train.
Just educating the masses - because I can.......
