This is the area south of Hall and west of Godfrey. The spur is the track at the end of Judd that goes past the cold storage place and crosses Plaster Creek. You can walk down the spur from Judd. You can walk back there from he east end of Marquette Park. You can drive west on Hall past Godfrey and turn left into the City Market area. You used to drive around back there and there would be several box cars at the docks on the various businesses but when I went there a week ago,nata.
