Myself and Maddog were in Port Huron yesterday afternoon for some MUCH needed train watching..here is what we saw (3pm on):
3:20pm..UB Gordon C Leitch (lite) in St Clair river.
4:23pm..M384, CN 2294 & CN 5681..114 cars.
5pm(ish)..M396, CN 5639 & BCOL 4637...47 cars.
6:03pm..A271, CN 2575, CN 9524...30cars.
6:15pm..M382, CN 2254(?), IC 1036(?), CN XXXX..missed it while checking out the PH&D..did not stop in yard.
6:30pm..M383, CN 5603, CN 2612 (raced it to Range Road to catch the head end after it was cleared from Tappan)
About 7pm..we caught the GTW yard job setting cars out in the CSX yard with GTW 4916 for power.
4 hours, 6 trains, and a freighter..not too bad (Best I have done at Port Huron in a LONG time).
