As an Open exhibitor I am all for increasing entries in the Open classes, but not at the cost of the show not covering expenses. If the shows do not cover expenses there will be no shows. Many club shows and fairs have increased the entry fees to $8 and higher. Maybe it is time OPHC increased the class fees. Fuel has gone up, and will continue to do so. We will be looking at the shows where we can get the most judges for the least fuel cost.
