I am wondering if you have already made your trip to Massachusetts. If not, please contact me and I will give you info on who to talk to about gaining access to the grounds. I will tell you in advance that Mass Development will not grant permission to enter the facility unless you provide credentials that show you have a redevelopment interest, and that the required insurance is carried. I was turned down as I didn't meet said criteria. I am simply a student also working on a college project concerning American Psychiatry and how the institutionalization played a part.
