I don;t know who owns it, but I do know that they have re-boarded up some of the windows and openings I have previously climed through. I'm going out today to check it out again, It's better with the fall foliage. I don;t think I'll be able to get in any buildings though. Someone told me they may have started constrution already. I'll let you know what I find. I do have a few pictures from the inside if you are interested.
