As of today, September 5th, 2001, I'm pretty sure DCAM (Massachusetts State's Department of Capital Asset Management) still technically owns the property. The Hospital Hill Limited Liability Co. (Community Builders' and Mass. Development's combined forces) is working with the state to take over ownership of the land to begin the developing process, but it is coming along slowly.
