i live about 40 minutes east of Pittsburgh, i have a large Retic and there is a vet here that sees him on a yearly basis. the place is called "All Pets Hospital" and its located in Greensburg PA
Once my retic had a respiratory infection and they gave him a series of shots, fixed him right up and only cost me $10 a shot!
as far as being legal, who knows.
as long as you enjoy your pet in your home and dont parade it around how would anyone even know you have one. ive had my retic and burms for 9 years here and my neighbors dont even know i have them.
