I just had a baby leopard gecko hatch yesterday (midday), and it doesn't seem to be able to open it's eyes. I was hoping to sell it, but if he/she is blind, I'm fully prepared to take care of it. However, I'm not SURE that it's blind. Is this normal? Is there a possiblilty that it will open it's eyes? I honestly can't even tell if there are eyes under it's lids.
Also, its face seems slightly shorter than the other baby that hatched (kind of like how some dog's faces are shorted than other breeds). Is this a sign of anything? It's also opening it's mouth completely alot.
I know they don't eat for a couple days after they're born, but is there an easy way to try to feed it once it sheds? I don't want it to die, especially from starvation.
