This weekend Neil will be running 22 miles in preparation, and will then begin a steady ramp-down for the big event. Look over him Rob, give him power and strength - he loves you buddy. I know you must be getting a kick out of all Neil's emails: "Uncle Steve, my knees are hurting, my arches are bothering me, my toe nails are coming off, my feet really stink ( I put that one in there ), what type of socks should I order, you should have seen the snake at mile 19". It's unbelieveable Rob, he is just like you ! Well, buddy, just wanted to touch base. I will talk to you on our run in about an hour. It's an honor to be you Uncle Love you Uncle Steve
