It is hard to believe that a year has passed. I think about Rob all the time, especially when I am out for a run and need an extra little push to finish.
I hope you all find comfort in the fact Rob made such an impact on so many and is thought of every day.
Today we are having a service in my town and I will have the honor of remembering Rob to the east end of Long Island. His spirit lives on in all of you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
