Hard to believe it has been 8 years...I think of your brother/son/friend often. I was running the other day and was thinking of him and the NYC marathon. I have run two more since the one I ran in his honor and each one, i think of him all the time.
It must be so difficult for you, his family, but please know we still think of him after all this time and will continue to do so. I will be talking about Rob with my 4th grade class tomorrow and letting them know what a great guy he was. It is hard to believe these children aren't really even aware of what happened 8 yrs ago..but I will let them know and I will talk of the heroes who died.
