Hola all you lovers of the Christmas season SOTB,
I hope that your shoppin' is all taken care of and that from now to the 25th is just a piece of cake for ya...I am up and have little Luke by my side and Alice and ChaChi are still in 'big bed' so all are present and accounted for here at Casa Anderson...I have not done a darned thing yet because it's the 'certiied day of rest' but soon I shall mow my stubblefields and shower and get dressed and take the guys/furballs on their walk-a-bout...Then it's off to coffee and all points required to stock up for today's comida as created by our world famous 5-star chef Alicia...I am the household hunter-gather, as mother nature intended for us mere male mortals to be, and I still bring home the bacon, Oscar Meyer now, and other such items that's from the list that hangs daily on the refrigerator's left side...Somethings never change...I can remember my mother callin' out "Cliffie!!! "I have some things I need for you to pick up at the store" and this 5yr.old kid havin' to give up my cowboy adventures in the park with Wild Bill Elliot for awhile whilst I moseyed over to Black's Market nearby..."Aw shucks pardner, do I have to"??? Sigh!!!
Yesterday our famous 5-star chef decided to lay down the spatula for a day and send me over to the rotissereid chicken place at Plaza de Alica just like my mother did 71yrs. ago...Once again I brought home the bacon whilst mother nature must have smiled a tad as this lad was still doin' what she laid out in the big plan...Anyway, as always, the chicken, spanish rice and the broasted potatoes were first rate and delicious as well...Another shared cappuccino frappe closed down this raucus culinary occasion...
Have a good one all and we'll see ya later if not sooner...
