Hola all you lovers of the good life SOTB,
Little Luke and I have been quite busy this morning while Alice and ChaChi have been snugglin' in the bed watchin' the tele...Out of habit, I get up around 4 bells each day, as any good trout stream fisheman would do, and queens always sleep in...That's the way of things...I have showered, shaved and am drsssed in my sunday funday finery which usually consists of khakkis, white tennies, a buttoned down shirt and my Pebble Beach golf hat...The gringo express is goin' on down the tracks...Oh, I have also washed a hamperload and have the results of this effort hangin' high facin' the sky waitin' for that lucky ole sun who rolls around heaven all day or so says Frankie Laine...Sometimes, in the misty moonlight of life, nostalga envelop's one's senses and all of a sudden you feels like a kid again...The warmth is amazing...The smile is hidden in those backroads of your mind that Glen sang about...
Yesterday, at Casa Anderson, there was a joint decision made that we would have the rotisseried chicken place at Plaza Alica be the one who puts the meal on the table for a change and, when the time came, I brought home this tried and true tasty chicken with its accompanying side dishes such as spanish rice and braised pototoes and we thoroughly enjoyed this establishment's offerings as always...Now here's the real news concerning this delightful meal, the traditional cappuccino frappe dessert was usurpted by Key Lime pie and, we must admit, was muy delicioso and fit this culinary experience to a 'T' as in terrific!!! Yahoo!!! Hip Hip Hooray!!!
Time for a coffee break now at Vip's and then a little walk-a-bout with the furballs so adios, have a good one and we'll see ya later if not sooner...
