Hola all you expatriate patriots,
Veni, vidi, vici...I came, I saw, I conquered...I arrived at IMSS at 9:00am to reup and left with my new papers for the year of November 2009 to November 2010 at exactly 10:00am...This hour included at trip to the bank where I dropped off 6,422 pesos and a trip to the copy machine guy where I dropped off 10 pesos more...Even had enough time left over to fly by OXXO for another of their highly addictive frappes...I'd already been to Vip's earlier for my coffee and newspaper read...Let's see if anyone out there can beat this IMSS one hour personal reup record...
I'm up and already have the wash out back flappin' in the breeze...Alice was up but is back in 'big bed' with Chachi and little Luke is here with me as he prides himself in watching my back better than any guard dog known to man in this neck of the woods...What a guy!!!
Yesterday we went back out to Chili's at the Forum Shopping Center and had a delectable repast starting with the almost obligatory chips and salsa and then it was on to a 'Guiltless Chicken PLatter' for Alice and a very traditional 'Big Mouth' bacon and cheeseburger with a ton of fries on the side for this son of a seacook...Our favorite Chili's dessert consisting of baked apple and vanilla ice cream tucked in a circular cinnamon crisp finished this very tasty meal...
