Hola all you expatriate patriots,
Matinee Day and not a Fox California theater in sight...Darn, where oh where will I get my Milk Duds and Good and Plentys??? I'm running a tad late today so I won't bore you with all the goings on such as my running around town at 3:00am in the morning getting some Bactrim for a sick perro...ChaChi is under the weather with what appears to be a bladder infection, a malady that seems to afflick ladies more than gents...Por gal, what a pain, literally and figuratively...I also won't bore you with an in-depth about the fact that I have done my chores and am spruced up enough to make a showin' so I'll soon be goin'...
Yesterday was Italian Day and we made the most of it over at Venecia by thoroughly enjoying such goodies as bruchetta, sliced baguette and olive oil, accompanied by balsamic vinegar, and a very delectable Caesar ensalada with grilled chicken...Hey, Caesar ruled in Rome...After we cleaned our plates like good little kiddies, we then proceeded over to the Thrifty Ice Cream store and had a combination of both Rocky Road and Chocolate Brownie ice cream cones...Mmmmm!!! Lickin' good!!!
Now it's off to Vip's as I have to make an appearance over there as they will be holdin' a booth for me as we speak...Have a great day and remember that silver linings are everywhere if you just look around a little...
