It looks like you are ready for an adventure. I'm sure that with all your research you have made peace with the necessary timing for your FM3s vs duty free moving of household goods. What SOTB mover did you choose? Don't set your heart on a 3-5 year lease. We have not yet found such a thing. However, our three landlords would have been happy if we and others like us had stayed forever. A friend hired a local taxi guy for a very reasonable rate to drive them around town while she and her husband looked at houses. He even knew of a few available homes via his own sources. I will see if I can get his number for you if you are interested. When are you coming? For how long? Where will you be staying? Do you speak spanish? Hasta later. Alice
