Hi! It won't take you long once you arrive to take a dim view of anything but renting in these parts. Some homes for sale today were for sale when we arrived in 1999. We have been unable to find anything but one year leases but renewals have been trouble free. The worst gringos are favored over the best Mexicans by landlords here.
