Hola all you expatriate patriots,
This is Cliffardo broadcasting from high atop Mt. San Juan on the wings of 50,000 watts of pure listening pleasure emanating from station KTEP...You've got a lovely day today for doin' just about anything that your little heart desires...This pertains to those who have slipped the surly bonds of hard labor and have given up those Talbot ties and Florsheims for the good life SOTB where work is a thing of the past and havin' fun in the sun is your yearly goal setting quota for the upcoming 365 days (366 if we're leapin')...Retirement is everything it's cracked up to be...In that old movie called the Neverending Story we got all excited about the 'nothing'??? I get excited about this Ella Fitzgerald song:

I have done my chores and have the daily wash a flappin' in the breeze as it waits for that lucky ole sun to roll around...I am sittin' pretty here at the ole computer and smellin' like lilacs as well...The stubblefields have been mowed, I've showered and I'm about to refresh the furball's service stations...ChaChi and little Luke demand some attention as they contribute a whole lot to our life here in Tepiclandia...Comin' right up fellows!!!
Yesterday Alice and I cashed in some of our points at Chili's and had a freebie comida of a 'crispy' chicken salad (Alice) and a 'big mouth' bacon and cheese burger and fries...I had the burger of course...As usual, Alice snitched some of my french fries when I wasn't lookin'...She claims to have taken only four but I know better...Everybody seems to have jumped on the 'endless' beverage bandwagon which we take advantage of as well at this Forum Shopping Center comida hangout...
I guess I should continue moseying along now as they certainly look forward to my arrival at Vip's for some morning brew and I wouldn't want to let them down...I wish that your day will be full of love and bluebirds and I'll look forward to being with you again tomorrow...'Tomorrow is another day'!!! Olay!!! Hooray!!! OK??? "You betchum Red Ryder"!!!
