Mexican Little Leaguers have upset Curacao and beat Italy (as expected) to put themselves in position to almost certainly move into the semi-final round. I Expect they will face either Venezuela or Japan, both very strong squads. Louisiana and Florida are both looking good in US pool play.
It is a bumper year for peaches here in Michigan. The crop is so good that a half-bushel of 'small' or 'seconds' is only five dollars, the best price I can remember in the last ten or twelve years.
I'm in the middle of replacing the drain-trap in the bathtub and there is a small hole in the family-room ceiling at the moment. The plumbing part is done and works fine, but I am saving the ceiling patch for tomorrow.
Glad to hear your garage door is a done deal.
The $99 Detroit-Puerto Vallarta roundtrips are probably not coming back...next time you see me, I will probably be on a multiple-month trip and living in my new camper! Maybe in February.
