Hola all you expatriate patriots,
Well the time has come for my queen to leave me for her trip down to Bucerias and, once again, 'Bachelor Man' is back in action...Like Billy Batson, one Shazaam!!! and here I come to save the day!!! Wait a minute, that was Mighty Mouse!!! Same thing!!! I was a bachelor for a 10 year stetch from 1963 to 1973 so I am fully qualified...A retired journeyman...I react to moving the same way as when I am surrounded by pestilence, famine and old politicians (especially liberals)...I have the same symptoms as those with advanced malaria...I have often wished that I had been born a turtle so I would never have to move...Moving is hard work so I don't envy my queen one little bit...She has the decorator's curse and it never let's her go!!! Oh well, as the song goes, 'I shall survive' as it's not me that's moving...Thank goodness!!!
I an diddling on the keyboard here trying to kill time as Alice is in the bedroom packing a suitcase that will, no doubt, by the time she has it filled, weight 9 stone...Yesterday, Alice and I managed to get over to the Manger for a change and we both enjoyed our comida there immensely as they still have the best BBQ'd ribs and caesar ensalada in town...It's all in the sauce as far as the ribs are concerned!!! Alice's chicken caesar salad looked like she got a whole chicken laid out to rest on the Romaine and Alice reported it was superb...We veered this time and started out this repast with an order of nachos...They were just what the proctor ordered...
Well, with this morning a little different than most, what with the love of my life deserting me and all, I guess I'll bid you all a fond farewell now, so "farewell now"...Maybe later at Vip's??? Have a good one!!!
