Thanks guys for your ideas! Things in Tepic are going to get interesting because legislation here passed laws that protect animals! YAHOO! I'm working with a vet who does spay/neuter for FREE! We've had a lot of calls and appointments to spay and neuter pets so things are going well! We have a website up so if you will check it out and also add yourself to our mailing list to get our weekly updates that will be great!!
