Not to worry about the populace of Tepic, Cliff. They are safe here in the Bahia de Banderas.
Contrary to many people, I love to see the crowds at Easter, so many people having such a good time.
This year, more porta-potties and garbage dumpsters were put out and are being attended to. Lifeguards on the beaches are staying busy because it's been windy and cool here.
I hope everythig is fine in Tepic-land and we'll see you next trip.
