Yippee!!! Yahoo!!! Hooray!!! It's Friday and I'm as happy as a monkey in a banana factory!!! Beats being locked up in a chinese fortune cookie factory...
Hola all you members of the Inner Circle of Adventurers, Wayfarers and Wanderers,
The end of the workweek is here and so am I!!! New meaning to the old Sinatra song, One for my Baby and One More on the Road' (eversoslightlyricaldeviation)...Remember today is the day when we face north and toast those stateside still working their tails off so they can sent those payroll deductions in to Uncle Sam who then sends them down our way so that we can continue to live this life we have become accustomed to SOTB, down Mexico Way, Olay!!! Muchas gracias all you timecard punchers!!!
I have already stripped our mechanical bed and have the bed-linens a swashin' prior to their hangin'!!! I have also mowed my stubblefields and have stood beneath the Waterpic fountain for a quick wash and rinse...In other words, I've set the scene for a wonderful day!!! Alice is feelin' pretty good today as yesterday she found two pairs of shoes at Siroz at what I call the Soriana Mall but Tepic calls the Cigarette Mall or a facsimille thereof...We also have a nice young man named Steve watching for two more pairs of Siroz shoes that they were temporarily out of in that hard to find size 10...I wear size 11 and Alice 10 and you would think we were Jolly Green Giants as hard as it is to get our sizes around these here parts...Whenever I see a size 11 tennis shoe, I usually grab it and run, if it's not black or brown or some other gosh ugly color...I like white if possible!!! Alice does the same if it has enough of a heel to suit her walk-a-bout needs...Alice needs at least an two or three inch heel on her sandals...She just got four pair from Victoria's Secret by way of the Gailic Express...I found a size 30 (a true 11 here) over at Coppel's back a few months ago and put my money down and ran with this booty as fast as a speeding bullet...
If you're in the area, go to the State Fair as the people watchin' alone is worth the trip...It has more ways to spend money than you can keep up with and the only thing really missing that you might expect to see in a state fair is the lack of those big buildings that house each counties agricultural and industrial bounties...The eateries and the carnival and the little stalls selling everything from soup to nuts are there as far as the eye can see, trust me!!! The entry fee is free and the talent shows are also gratis and you can get on a couple of rides that would make you think you were at Knott's Berry Farm in Buena Park, California, while you hold on to your socks...They even spin your cotton-candy while you watch...Fresh to the core!!!
I hope that you have a great day today and, if you're in the area, drop by Vip's this morning as I feel a chat comin' on and I would like to give it to you so toodleoo!!!
Cheerio and adios,
Cliffardo
