Hola all you expatriate patriots,
Today started out fine but wound up as one of those days that tests a man's soul...I was doing my usual stuff that included some Telmex banking and getting some wash done by way of the whirling Whirlpool and doing my stubblefield mowing with Mr. Schick and all that jazz...Being a 'hump day' I was really cookin' with Crisco...I love 'hump days' as even now, basically unemployed, I still want to be able to see the light at the end of the workweek tunnel...I finally came into the computer room to do my message dedicated daily to all my viewing faithful and, with brain in hand, composed a message that would rival that of a pulitzer prize winner...My message was full of prose and poetry in every paragraph with Hemingway confidence in every word that I was putting down just for you...I talked about everything from our trip to Burger King yesterday to Alice's new plan for making sure we get to eat at every restaurant we covet so that none of us miss out...Alice is systemized while I am organized...Low and behold, I get to the point when I am ready to post this daily dribble masterpiece and I'm off-line, compliments of Megacable...Can't retrieve the masterpiece or anything...Gone with the wind!!! Went back to Tara and Tara wasn't there...Yes, I did pay the bill...I did have luck during my Telmex banking though and got a pretty good price for my peso exchange and other things you do at a bank...Thank goodness!!!
I'm going to keep this short and sweet as I'm at a cyber cafe now and have already finished my morning coffee at Vip's and am halfway through my walk...I just wanted to keep you posted on what's happening...I'll cover Alice's new way of making sure we all get a chance to dine at our own favorite places later...Yes, there is a difference between the restaurants on Venus and those on Mars...Mel's diner, here I come!!!
Adios and cheerio for now,
Cliffardo
