Good morning Cliff. We got an email from our friends that arrived in Tepic a week ago. They were busy searching for a place to rent and after 6 days were able to find a nice 3 bedroom with more baths than needed. Lots of windows and a yard for 350/month. They were tickled pink. They were going to paint it inside but locals said nobody paints themselves, so they are hiring someone to do the job. They have found many taco stands that will fill you up on a loaded taco for only 1.50 any many more experiences that keep us perched for our arrival in September. Thanks for your conversations and keep up the SOTB mentality. It is catchy. Thanks again Dean.
