You mentioned San Jose in this blog, and I'm gonna take a long shot and ask the typical, "Did you know a guy named" question. This would have been about late 71 or early 72. We were stationed together in the military at 29 Palms California and after completion of some training left for Vallejo, but made a weekend stop at San Jose (his home town). His name was Steve Burdett and his father managed or owned some condominiums on a main drag directly across the street from a Taco Bell(now why would I remember that "yum yum") Steve would be in his late fifties or early sixties now.
I know he grew up there, along with probably a million others, but I thought I'd ask.
While I have your eye, I want to thank you for what you do. As you know from experience, making this move is a scary one, and to have someone on the other end giving info and advice is great!!! We now look forward to opening this page and sharing with you, and hope to soon meet you, Alice, and some of the other bloggers.
By the way, since earlier, when Janet first read your entry this morning, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BUT DO YOU KNOW THE WAY TO SAN JOSE. While I must admit, it is a favorite☺☺, how much can one person take????? Please, Cliffardo, start her on a new one tomorrow...............Bye for now
Roberto ☺☺☺
