Enjoyed talking at ya' at today's "Breakfast Club". Sorry though we didn't get to do that on our planned Saturday get-together, since all those good tips could have saved us at least one "very bad" dinner! We often have done OK by using Lonely Planet's recs, but after trying out La Gloria on the Plaza, we can now attest to the fact that LP missed on that one - of course, by the time any of those Guide Book recs reach the reader, any number of things may have happened - who knows? Whatever ... something bad apparently happened to La Gloria.
I'm holding your list, Cliff, in my "active" file, so it's ready for the next opportunity. Thanks much, amigo - be talking again soon.

PS - there was almost no traffic on Rt. 200 back to the coast - I think we got a good, early start on the returning holidayers.
