Hola Bill, I couldn't let this pass as I took the immersion class in Stockton in 1999 and since then Alice and I have been immersed in a Spanish neighborhood here in Tepic for well over eight going on nine years...I read up to three local newspapers a day along with my coffee each morning as a way to follow along with what's happening in my beautiful state of Nayarit...Alice and I have only been back to the US of A for only two days since we crossed the border in September of 1999...Most of our friends here are native Tepicinese with a few 'gringo' exceptions. I have lost count of the number of weddings and birthdays and other fiestas that we have been and still are invited to on a regular basis...This is our hometown SOTB...
