Hola Dawn and Stu,
A more educated answer will be coming shortly from my co-pilot and navigator Alice as all I can think of is the little community of Xalisco which is on Hwy200 coming from PV and Las Varas and just a stone's throw from Tepiclandia...It certainly could be considered an 'outlying district'...I am not familiar with San Cayetano...
