Hola Glen and Debra,
First lesson is that few businesses respond willingly to an email here in Tepiclania...I think it's because that long, long ago, they got excited about these emails but, after spending a lot of time fiddling with them, nothing positive happened !!! The University here is that way as there were so many gringo shoppers with extra time on their hands and no buyers that now they usually only give course outlines to those with money in hand...Real Estate offices don't respond either for that same reason...They want serious buyers not people just looking for a ride in a Century21 SUV around town with the idea that 10 years down the line, when hubby retires, they might want something...That said, Alice and I will make sure you have a room that fits what you want at LaLoma and there will be no deposit if we do it as we are treated like family over there...Do you want air-conditioning (more dinero) or would ceiling fans be OK...We have friends that stay at the ones with ceiling fans and think they are just fine...They have about 4 suite like rooms but they are more expensive of course...Let us see what they have with three full beds and we'll go from there...
With this much time before your ETA, there is nothing to worry about (knock wood)...JaJaJaJaJa or HaHaHaHaHa in english...
