tv repair

I live in La Penita and have a tv that shuts it self off after about 5 or 10 min and comes back on after about 30sec. Found out it is made by Phillips, not good. My question, is there a Phillips repair center in Tepic? If so, can anyone give me an address? I know there is one in Guadalajara but don't want to go that far. Thanks for any help. Larry
