Hola Johnny, I am at Vip's almost everyday around 7:30am and there are a few (3) who join me each week or so but there is no 'group' each day...There still are not that many Gringos in Tepic but certainly way more than four families...I'm sorry but I cannot guess as I know there are those that I never see...No 'gringo gulch' here and there probably won't be anytime soon!!!
