mike, again i appreciate your help. i am convinced you know what you are talking about because you knew the date (nov 1, 2008) that the window would open to nationalize my 1999 ford f250 pickup. you have given me hope that my friend or myself, can have the pickup nationalized in tepic with the title in one of our names. i'll keep in touch with you mike and i hope i can do some thing for you some time. bill p.s. maybe you can offer some suggestions for rentals. we plan on making tepic our home for a year. i want to look around before buying a home or property.
