Cliffardo, let me know if I go over the line. Since I will be in Tepic for a while, I thought I would let the retired folks know that I am a retired Calif.lic. builder. Also, in the 4 plus years in Lake Chapala, I built and sold 9 custom homes for the American-Canadian community. In Puerto Vallarta I built a 2 story house for some people from Hollister. I am a Mexican-American, so I know and understand the Mexican way, I think. Le puedo ayudar a construir. Hasta la Vista.
