
Posted by Cliff on 9/22/2007, 6:30 pm, in reply to "Re:Living & Retiring" The cargo trailer should be no problem if you didn't require it being covered...Otherwise it might take longer to find it a home...There are bad areas amongst the 'good' colonies and good areas amongst the 'bad'...The best thing is not to get to focused on one particular area as you might miss a real good opportunity that way...Better to look at them all (with obvious exceptions)...We like our colony because it is convenient to shopping, etc. We lived in Jardines de la Cruz as well and liked it also...San Juan has some areas to consider as does LaLoma...There are many nice colonies and some snake pits as well but then we don't go there without high-top boots and leather leggings do we??? My grandfather used to swim in the Bering sea every morning in Nome, Alaska and he was certified as being sane so I like hearty souls that go for 'one shot experiences'...Good luck!!! Would I swim in the Bering sea??? I don't know if I would be that much of a chip off the ole block...Anvil Creek that runs into the Bering sea made gramp a wealthy gold miner so maybe that would be an incentive...JaJaJaJaJa!!!
