Posted by Bill i want/must rent a home with parking. i can pay up to 1200/mth for the right place. i just don't know how to get this done without coming down to tepic and i can't do that. . . well second thought could if i could find someone to steer me to a rental for a year. i don't have to worry about language barriers. i spent 4 years in uruapan with a private tutor learing spanish (not to mention my wonderful neighbors) any thoughts, thanks, bill

cliff, i might need a temporary address in tepic to give the consulate office in salt lake city. no, i'm not asking for yours. but, did you have to have an address/city when you and alice applied for your fm3s? i've answered my question, you visited tepic and rented before you moved. i'm not going to do that i'm going to come down hopefully with my fm3 and live in tepic for a year to see if that's what i want.
