The workweek is so close to being history that we should close up shop and go out and eat a big lunch at Appleby's or Mallard's or at one of Marie Calendar's Famous Pie places...Key lime or lemon meringue please!!! Yummy!!! Got the juices flowin' now!!! Now I just gotta go out and get a job so I can go out and enjoy these friday lunches again...Sorry, just a small case of hallucinating...As Scarlett said, "I shall never go workin' again"!!! NEVER!!! Those McDonald beanies don't fit me!!! I have done my friday stuff i.e. strippin' the bed and washing the whole smear...I'm also partially dressed but fully shaved and showered...Unless we had a big hot-tub jacuzzi type apparatus to play in, I don't think a bath in a tub would be as fulfilling as a shower...Times change and a good soak in dirty water is not what I'm after anymore!!! Alice and I went to Cantones China yesterday for a #2 and enjoyed every morsel of the many chinese culinary items that just kept comin' and comin' and comin'...We have enough leftovers in the refrigerator to have another go soon!!! Every now and then a little chinese just fills the bill and the tummy!!! My friend George joined me at Vip's yesterday after having been stateside for a few months and brought us a few treasures which were greatly appreciated...We talked about his trip around several states which eventually wound up at his home in Colorado and had a merry ole time gabbin' and blabbin'...George has a problem with a laptop he has so if you don't mind I'll digress and give him the address of where I take my computer stuff to get fixed...Thanks!!! Dolphin I hope that you might consider joining me at Vip's this fine day to have a cuppa the good stuff and give thanks to those working stateside who are still sending in those payroll deductions do that we might live the good life that we have become accustomed to SOTB!!!
