Posted by cuyler salyer I guess, they want some place at least 850 sq. ft. -1000 sq. ft. at least. That's my guess. He has a little duplex attached retirement home here in Tepic that is 850 sq. ft., 2 bedroom. Yea, I guess I know about size like you were saying in Tepic. One of my favorite properties is on P.Sanchez between Calle Lerdo and Calle Hildago on the west side of the street. It is 1.5 meters in width x probably 50 meters deep. How about the Tacaqueria near Fabrica de Franzia on Calle Zacatecas that is 2 meters wide? The Chief Architect at INAH (Federal Histerical Society),once told me there was NO size limit to how a family can divide up a property after it is handed down after a death. What's your favorite Pazoleria? Cuyler

The street level floor is for nothing other than a staircase to the 2nd floor.
