Posted by cuyler salyer I was asking, because I know most of the houses for rent are via word of mouth in Tepic. That is do to the precarious laws relative to rentals and leases in this particular state. Believe me I know it first hand. Also, people are more readily apt to rent to a Gringo. Why? They figure if retired they will So, if you hear of something come up around your neighborhood. Please tell the landlord about these people for me and get their name, address and phone number.
