thanks for the reassurance.
On another note .. he arrived in Mexico first part of October '06 with a "90 day stamp" .. he's been there 200 days and has not checked in with the Consular Generals office etc .. I've been told he will need to pay a fine .. any idea how that works? He's planning to come home this summer (plane? bus? hitchike?)
