Posted by Cliff on 4/28/2007, 7:02 am It's that magical day that gave us worker bees and elementary school personados hope...Saddle up and get out and have a great day in the morning...I slept in which is a Saturday right especially if you tripped the lite fantastic the night before...Coffee always tastes better on a Saturday as hot coco does on a cold Sunday morning comin' down snuggled around a fireplace looking out at the pacific ocean through the ceiling to floor bay windows...Saturday dreamin'!!! A fireplace in Mexico??? JaJaJaJaJa, that's a laugh...Look, there's a humpback!!! Now, back at the ranch, where the fried potatoes and flapjacks, a sour-dough hotcake, are beckoning...Give me Log Cabin, lots of Log Cabin under starry skies above, don't fence me in!!! I have done my chores but skipped the Whirlpool gig as Alice had already beat me to it...She has already done the hangin' of the clothes and everything associated with that obligatory obligation... Yesterday was a little different as Alice and I drove over to Playa los Cocos and had breakfast at the Casa Manana Motel/Hotel...Alice had a Mexican beef dish she loved whilst I pancaked it with the help of orange juice and bacon...Muy delicioso...Casa Manana is a place where you could stay and thoroughly enjoy yourself...I know, we have!!! We then proceeded to do a beach crawl from this little village (Playa los Cocos) to Atacama and Santa Cruz along the coastline winding up at San Blas (below is a link to a website about this coastal strip) where were drove all around town from the beach palapa restaurants to the Garza Canela Hotel (link below) which is the prettiest hotel (including Tepic) in these here parts, no doubt at all...They have the best restaurant along this coastline as well...Being friendly at Garza, they even opened up their gift shop just for us...We finally got back from our sortee around 3:00pm., satisfied and happy to be home...It's hot out there... http://www.visitsanblas.com/loscocos.html I am now going over to Vip's for my coffee and then I shall go to Walmart to get our Saturday comida stuff and then to El Globo to get some sweets for the sweet and then walk over and pay my rent...Then it's fishin' shows and ole westerns with Big John if I have anything to say about it...Going my way???? Coffee anyone??? Adios and cheerio, Cliffardo
