Posted by Cliff on 3/3/2007, 6:22 am 'Tis the day when westerns rule and fishing is a definite possibility...I can still remember standing in line at the Fox California hoping that I could get my ticket and my Milk Duds and buttered popcorn and my favorite seat (left side, 10th row back, isle seat) before Wild Bill Elliot rode across the screen...Timing was everything...If the cartoon was Donald Duck then I knew that the gods were with me and there was a chance for a perfect day!!! Speaking about timing, I have already put up two lines of wash and am spruced up for my introduction into the outside world as well...Yesterday was a super day from the get-go as Gail and Wayne from the hills of Colorado dropped by Vip's bearing gifts for us from the states which is always a special day kinda like when the pony express rider dropped mom off the Sears Catelog at your little house on the prairie...All kinds of goodies filled their sack...A Santa in Gail and Wayne's clothing...Five boxes of Stovetop was just one item out of many that perked up the salivary glands...We thank you profusely!!! Alice went out to lunch yesterday with her bud Sylvia to their favorite Italian Pasta hole named Vincenzia, or somethin' similiar, and ate themselves into oblivion I was told...This was a belated birthday celebration in Sylvia's honor...Sylvia won't say how old she has become but that is the way it is with a Venusite...I won't say either but only because I stopped counting after I used up all my fingers and toes...If I start over I get mixed up!!! Oh, in case you care, I was left alone in my casa to suffer through a few hot-dogs!!! Heh, Heh, Heh, Heh!!! They sell hot-dog buns in packages of 8 so I assume that is what you are supposed to eat??? Alice is awaiting to go walking now so I must go!!! Please join me later at Vip's if you can!!! You don't have to bring anything but I am out of chocolate covered peanuts!!! Just kiddin'!!! Cheerio, Cliffardo
