I feel better now that I know that I have not been singled out for these dreary days...Happy Birthday fellow aquarian...Many more to come I hope...I won't quit if you won't!!! I've entered into another decade so I'd better get serious and stop abusing my body with things like fatty spare-ribs and deep fat boiled glazed donuts!!! JaJaJaJaJaJa...Now that the obligatory toastmaster's joke is out of the way, back to the reason I decided to write...I won't send you a card if you'll forget mine!!! OK??? OK!!! Same goes for the envelope with the 20 bucks...OK??? OK!!! Did I tell you that I once worked for a boss who gave us presents like washers and dryers and trips away for a week or so!!! I knew things were going to be different when she threw a welcoming party for me on my first day and insisted that we all wear Mickey Mouse ears at Marie Calendars...When I first met her in front of the office for my initial interview, she insisted that I not pick up the morning San Francisco Chronicle that had been left at the front door as it was 'contaminated'...Even with these auspicious beginnings, she turned out to be the best boss I ever had, not counting Alice of course...It was like having Peter Pan for a leader!!!
