14 yr old looking for tournament team Northern IL

I live in Gurnee and have a very talented 14 yr old son who does very well as a pitcher. Unfortunately our home league could not gather enough boys in this age group to create a tournament team.

Does anyone know of teams that may be willing to look at him for a tournament team near our area?

Any "leads" would be most appreciated.
