Has anyone had problems with the BPA in Michigan? We entered a tournament, it was raining so hard you could barely pick up the ball. The next day the tournament was cancelled, but no one from the BPA was their to lets us no that it was cancelled. We have been trying to get a refund,but all we have been getting for the last 2 months is the run around. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the BPA in Michigan?
