hi this might sound like a stupid question but I've been interested in starting Aikido for many years but didn't have the time now i would like to make the time. by the way i would like to know what is the difference between aikido and Ki aikido. and i have a son but how old would you recomend they be before they start any form of defensive arts thankyou RICHIE.
